I have been FIOS for over a month now. Extremely satisfied. I used to have COmcast (5 down/256 up) for 60$. Now it is 5 down/2 up for 40$!!! (When I called Comcast to cancel, they said they would give me a special for 35$ a month - so I asked why they didn't give it to me all these years when I was paying 60???) Anyways, I had good Vonage service with Comcast, and I have good Vonage service with FIOS. Did not really notice any difference in call quality - however I am sure that the greater upload bandwidth will definitely help if I am using the Internet a lot.
