I have also been having issues with choppy audio/static all week. I just got off the phone with tech support and they advised that they are aware of the problem and are still working to correct it. Not effected all users so may not be a priority to them. It will become a priority when we all drop our service. I have already heard from 2 people that are feed up and are going back over to ma bell. I have been with Vonage since it started and we have seen ups and downs. This is by far the worst, I have been unable to use the phone at all because the quality is so bad no one can here me. If they can't correct this problem soon I may even have to drop them and go over to cable phone.
