Vonage I have Qwest DSL with a VDV21-VD Vonage and an Action Tec modem from Qwest and a Linksys



I have Qwest DSL with a VDV21-VD Vonage and an Action Tec modem from Qwest and a Linksys DSL Router. Ever since I hooked up the vonage I have experienced numerous and daily timeouts with internet explorer. Some times the browser does not load at all- and other times it freezes up- especially when trying to do a down load. In all cases I get the message that it is" not responding" Getting the Vonage service mysteriously coincided with the arrival of this annoying problem so I suspect Vonage is the culprit. Any ideas? Other than the price, I am generally not a happy vonage camper and will definitely be cancelling if I cannot get it fixed.. The call quality is poor and I am dealing with this problem above too.
