Vonage I have Had Vonage for a year now past 6moths the line will drop just about 30 seconds



I have Had Vonage for a year now past 6moths the line will drop just about 30 seconds into a call or in the mode of a call,It also goes into one way mode where noone can hear me but i hear them.On top of it the entire network will drop out killing all access to the internet every 2-3-4 hours.All day long I traced the route while it was down 1 to google no problems,1 to Vonage and it stopped their (see below for the actual list)When i disconnect the Vonage device I have no loss of internet.the entire time its disconnected.

I am useing verizon DSl 3Kbs In vermont.
