I have DSL that comes into a westtel versalink 327 there are 4 ports on that one for the wall networking one for a wireless router, and one for another wireless router that is for the neighboring company, and the one that is used for Vonage. For speeds I am getting 1.5 on the download and if no one is on a phone I get about a 500 on the upload and if we are on one line then I get about a 380 and if on both lines we get about a 280. I am not real tech savy but we have spent over $1000 trying to get everything to work properly with the networking guys and still have issues. Have you been with Vonage for a while? Do they ever have outages, the old company I was with had them every other day (Viatalk) It was aweful. Once in a while someones voice goes wacky and sound like a computer on a roller coaster with Vonage and I have to hang up and call back and its fine but when I talk to customers this is not good. So much for saving money. I might have to switch back to my regular phone bill of $250/mo. :(

• Things seem to be working now - I did a hard reset to reset the Vonage router to factory
