Vonage I had this same issue when I moved to my new house with a new router (Honeywell) installed

I had this same issue when I moved to my new house with a new router (Honeywell) installed in the home wiring for the computers. I was on with Vonage Tech Support for probably an hour going through my new router settings. They told me everything on the router settings looked OK. It still would cut my voice off after just a few minutes. I disconnected everything from the Honeywell router & re-connected my old Linksys in its place. Everything then worked fine. Hence, it was definitely my router. I don't think it was bad, but I think there was a setting that was kicking me off. Vonage unfortunately couldn't figure that out. I haven't looked into it any further at this point & am still just using my old Linksys router. It seems like if the router settings are not "perfect", then you will have issues. BTW-I'm in Cincinnati too with TW!
