I go an email today saying vonage are no longer going to take mestro cards as they are not allowed to take recuring payments on it. I feel very let down by vonage as they are going to leave me high and dry with out phone service. I dont have a credit card, I am asking to speak to some one in the uk and they say they cant transfer me. I ask vonage to send an email to the uk office for some one to contact me but no one has so far. I have been a vonage customer for 3 years and fell very let down by them not offering another type of payment e.g direct debit or standing order or even payment via paypall. A very unhappy customer Chris,
