I don't know of a simple list. Matching phone numbers to local prefixes is not a solvable problem because of the different phone plans and providers available to the person making the local call and because local carriers are not required to provide geographic or LATA information for prefixes.

You can access the raw data for the pull downs using the following form;

http://vonage.com/ajax/v_access_ajax.php?country=US&state=CA&npa=760

The results are a bit cryptic but a little "replace all" in your favorite editor will clean it up quite nicely.

You can leave off npa to get a list of NPAs for the State and you can just supply state to get a list of States for the Country.

Vonage's way of presenting this information is a bit lame because of the fact that multiple area codes overlap and a number in the same area code may be a toll call while a number in a different area code may be local.

There are pay databases available that could help sort this mess out.
