Vonage I don't know about phones that will function with your current base unit. However,

I don't know about phones that will function with your current base unit. However, what I would recommend is that you go with a simple Vonage VoIP adapter, then add the conventional phone of your choice. This gives you a lot more options than going with a VoIP phone.
