I do not think tis is relayed to the other topic.

I work from home on many days (as I did today) and had no issues making or receiving calls.

If you aren't getting a dial tone something more might be wrong. If I remember (depending on the device) you will get a dial tone even if you don't have internet service.

Yesterday's intermittent outage was the first I have noticed with Vonage in many months.

You will see people with issues on this forum, but the vast majority of them are due to poor internet connections.

I you haven't done so yet you should power off you Vonage Device, your modem and any other router you are using. leave them all powered off for 30 seconds.

Then power them on in the following order.

1. Cable Modem (power up then wait 30 seconds)
2. Power up any other routers then wait 30)
3. Lastly power up your Vonage device.

If you see the Phone 1 and/or Phone 2 lights lit on your Vonage device go ahead and try a call.

If this does not work post what your specific setup is so that people can help in troubleshooting the issue.
