I did read the knowledge base article about open the ports. Thing is that the version of Smoothwall I have doesn't have the ability to do ranges, so the 10,000 - 20,000 is going to be a PITA!!! All the other ports are open though.

I will get the RT going to the internet port on the BEFW.

Sorry, about leaving out info about the phone. After I noticed the issue, I did pick up the phone and get dial tone, didn't try calling though, just assumed it would work.
