Vonage I'd like it to go back to the way it was for years. . . showing the persons name and
I'd like it to go back to the way it was for years. . . showing the persons name and telephone number that was calling. . . now I get unavailable. . . no name . . . sometimes no number. . . some times number. . . all from the same caller.
On the out bound caller ID most of the time it says Vonage Holdings. . . or unavailable and people will not pick up my calls. .. not even my parents. . . who still want to talk to me. . . they won't pick up calls from people they do not know they are very old. They call me because they need help. . . and I call them back and they won't pick up the phone.
I have worked with advance tech support. . . some of them are telling me that yes Vonage can fix this if they wanted to by contacting xo. . but they won't. . . and I can't seem to call xo myself.
I am open to any suggestions.
Then their are my clients that won't pick up my calls. .. and calls that I'd like to know it's my clients calling me . . . it's just a big mess.
Something interesting else that I found out about. . . I am abroad right now. . . and I didn't have a caller id phone here with me. .. so i loaded vonage talk. . . but still pick up the phone .. . .well the caller id is different again. .
