I called back and was told to call another number, and so I called that number, too. I AM STILL BEING BILLED BY VONAGE FOR SERVICE I NO LONGER HAVE. It's been months, and they help themselves be debiting my checking account, when the service has been canceled. READ THE FINE PRINT, BEFORE YOU CLICK "I AGREE", WHEN YOU SIGN ON. IT SAYS IT WILL COST YOU $39.99 IF YOU EVER WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT WITH VONAGE.
