Vonage I called them. They told me that they put the LOA on the "wrong pile" and it went to

They told me that it could take another 3 weeks. I bitched anout paying 2 bills as well. The rep said that if i wanted to transfer the # then that's what i would have do. I told him that vonage should issue me a months credit. He had to turn it over to his supervisor and he would get back to me. Later that day I got an email from the super telling me he was issuing me $40 credit. Not too bad, eventhough i would rather have the number, but at least i am not paying 2 bills. -SNT
