Vonage I bought my vonage box and router at circuit city Dec 17 2006 when I activated it

I bought my Vonage box and router at circuit city Dec 17 2006 when I activated it I was suppose to get a $100 rebate. Which it states on my paper work from circuit city. I called Vonage the day I got it and they said that I needed to wait 60 days then they would automatically send out the rebate. So I waited and then just contacted Vonage again last week and again they told me the same exact thing then I explained to the lady that I had already had the service for that time so she had me call the rebate hotline and they had a totally different story that I had to send in paper work which I never received and was told by both circuit city and Vonage that there was none. They gave me a website for where I could get a copy of the rebate, because they don't mail rebate forms (funny how that worked out for them) and the website has not worked I've tried it every day for a week. Does anyone have any advice, help, or had this problem. Please help. Here's the website they gave me www.web-rebates.com/von
