Vonage I bought an RT31P2 from Best Buy. It has both the phaser and wind noise problems.

I bought an RT31P2 from Best Buy. It has both the phaser and wind noise problems. I sent an e-mail to Linksys technical support. The response e-mail said that this was due to a hardware issue and advised me to go through the Linksys RMA process via www.linksys.com/vonagerma, which I did. The second RT31P2 was no different from the first one. Perhaps I should not be suprised as the serial numbers are CH500D93#### and CH500D94####. I called Linksys today. After some routine suggestions, I was advised to go through the Linksys RMA process again. After expressing my concern that another RMA could result in a third RT31P2 with the same problem, I was transferred to the RMA department. I was told that Linksys does not have a stock of good routers, that Vonage is handling this even for retail customers, that I should call Vonage at 866-596-8464 and that Vonage would have information from my Linksys technical support case ID. So far I have determined that I was given the number for AT&T CallVantage. I am in the Vonage tech support queue now...
