Vonage I assume you are talking about acessing your PC on remote desktop from the outside

I assume you are talking about acessing your PC on remote desktop from the outside (the internet). If so, you will need to set up port forwarding on both devices, your vportal and your linksys. Port forward port 3389 to 192.16.15.2 on the vportal and also on the linksys to the IP of your PC. To make this "bombproof" you should set static addresses for both yoiur linksys and your PC. If your linksys were to get unplugged, 192.168.15.2 would still be leased and it then the linksys may be assigned 192.168.15.3, disrrupting your port forwarding. Same for the PC.
