I apologize if I offended you with the dialing instructions. I have read a number of posts earlier where that was the main issue. I can only refer you to higher levels of vonage to deal with this. All I can think of is that we have a limited number of lines available to us to call there and they might be occupied which is unfortunate if that is the case. sorry i can't be of much more help. it's disconcerting to hear that it worked before...
