Vonage I am thinking of going for the World Unlimited Plan. Can somebody answer these

I am thinking of going for the World Unlimited Plan. Can somebody answer these questions?

1. Fair Use
I currently use about 1000 minutes / month of local (USA) calling from my provider, and another 3000 minutes / month for calling India from another provider. If I switch to Vonage, will this be considered fair use?

2. International Forwarding
I frequently travel between USA and India. If I forward my USA calls to my India mobile number (Whenever I am in India), is it still covered under the "Unlimited" plan and hence free for me?
