Vonage I am thinking of a switch to vonage. This is really two questions, so the easy one

I am thinking of a switch to Vonage. This is really two questions, so the easy one first:

1) A friend has Vonage. Her calls arrive at my house with the caller ID name "Vonage Holdings" instead of her real name. IS this common? Can she get her real name put in the caller ID? Can I expect the same?

2) The real question. Been using Voip with another company for some time. Call quality currently is ok but I suffer random audio drop outs. I have tried a Grandstream 386 and a Sipura with the current provider and have experienced different problems with each ATA but never managed to get rid of the random drops. Sometimes they're very frequent and annoying, some days I I don't have any problems. Interestingly, the company I work for also provides me Voip service in the form of a Cisco 7960 phone that uses SCCP back to a Cisco call manager cluster over a dedicated VPN hardware devices. Calls over that occasionally drop or the audio breaks down. I am tempted to think my cable modem line is not optimal.

A quick look at the myvoipspeed test site gave me the following which kind of backs up the theory with the low qoS score?

Sadly I don't have the real admin name/pass to really drill in to my comcast cable modem to get better info & stats, just the following from the cusadmin account:

Do those figures look ok? Because both my business and personal Voip services are suffering - and mostly because I know my business line ought to be flawless - I really think this could be a line problem.

Anyone got any ideas?
