Vonage I am only getting one ring on incoming calls and then they are disconnected. When

I am only getting one ring on incoming calls and then they are disconnected. When I call from my cell I hear the phone ringing for 10 rings or more without voicemail cutting in. Outgoing calls are fine. I have a cable modem connected to a Linksys RTP 300. I ran the test and these are the results: Download speed 2287 Kbps (socket test) Upload speed 363 Kbps (socket test) Quality of service 65 % Maximum delay 85 ms Round trip time 50 ms Upstream jitter 1.7 ms Upstream packet loss 0 % Upstream packet order 100 % Upstream discards 0 % Downstream jitter 3.7 ms Downstream packet loss 0 % Downstream packet order 100 % Downstream discards 0 % Any help would be appreciated.
