Vonage I am not home, but tried to call my Vonage number to get my voicemail and it goes straight

I am not home, but tried to call my Vonage number to get my voicemail and it goes straight to busy. I cannot even call the voicemail access number. I have several lines with both Miami, FL and Orange County, CA area codes. I have tried calling from my cell phone and a landline in San Francicsco and I cannot seem to call any Vonage phone number.
