I am not experiencing the same problems you are, frankly I am suprised that you are having these issues since many cell phones also don't provide unique caller name information.

I can not think of how a phone would reject your call unless you were specifically blocking caller id. As such I have serious doubts about the severity and the nature of the problem you are experiencing. If this problem is truly happening it may be that some phone company local to you has included "Vonage Holdings" in their internal list of calls to be blocked. If so then you need to contact them and ask them to stop blocking your calls. You may want to also file a complaint against them with your State's public utilities commission.

If there are any numbers that you could provide (businesses only please) that I could test with feel free to PM me with them and get a better understanding of your problem.

There is very litle at this time you can do to change the situation. One suggestion might be to look into caller id spoofing services.

It is certainly annoying to have "Vonage Holdings" show up on the caller id, but, I am also annoyed when I see "Wireless Caller" or "VA Caller" show up on my caller id. Hopefully Vonage will be able to make some progress in improving the service for existing customers in several areas relating to caller ID and both incoming and outgoing calls.
