I am in Trenton, ON. I use Cogeco cable and haven't had too many issues with Vonage in the 1 year that I have been using it. With regards to DSL (funny you are probably using Bell) is that you will require a dry hook up (naked DSL) and Bell will likely charge you more for it. I would switch to cable, I see Rogers also has VOIP now (not to be confused with Rogers Home Phone). Rogers might be a bit cheaper, but all the features are not there like there are on Vonage. With regards to CS with Vonage, I haven't had too many complaints with it, sometimes you get an out sourced operator from India. Lots of features on Vonage and some are still in Beta, check out the beta stuff and they are free. http://alpha.vonage.com
