I am becoming very upset due to Vonage's frequent web dashboard outages in which I rely on quite a bit. Every time I try to login, I get a "Page could not be displayed error." Sometimes, I get a Vonage error screen, but all-in-all I frequently encounter errors with the dashboard and wonder what in the world is going on in the back end of Vonage's web site.

It is the beginning of a business day, and I am once again unable to login to my account and turn off the instant "send to voicemail" setting so that I can receive calls. The last time this happened recently, the web site was down for 1 1/2 days!

This is causing me to seriously consider moving to a more reliable Voip company. Vonage's web site goes down far too often than it should. I am sure that Vonage is working on the web site, but I am writing this as more of a complaint than request of assistance.

Vonage needs improve its web site reliability and keep it from going down as often as it does.
