Vonage I am a new Vonage user and am using a DLink DI-524 router with the Linksys PAP2 phone



I am a new Vonage user and am using a DLink DI-524 router with the Linksys PAP2 phone adapter. I have configured my Vonage account and configured the router to enable port forwarding. When I pickup the phone I have a dialtone and I am able to make a call. The sound comes through on my end crystal clear. After about a minute though the person I called is no longer able to hear my voice. They say it is very good quality at first, but it all but dissapears after roughly 45 seconds. I called Vonage and they said they made some changes and to restart the router, but that didn't do me any good. I am in a foriegn country, however Voip is legal here and I have checked with my ISP and they do not do any port blocking. I have been using Skype for sometime now with good results, so I assumed the quality would be equivalent with Vonage. Does anyone have a suggestion of what the problem might be and what I can do to fix it? Below is my results from the speed test.
