I also have this problem, PAP2v2 firmware 1.00.22. Email tech support "makes changes" to my account that sometimes seems to fix it for a day or two, or an hour in today's case. Support said they would email the "equipment people" to see if this is a known issue, but they haven't gotten back to me. I have been a customer for over 4 years and will have to find another provider if this isn't resolved soon. For me, caller ID is a basic part of service that I can't do without. I'm most frustrated at Vonage's refusal to acknowledge there is an issue. If they never admit it, I don't see how it will ever get fixed.
