Vonage I also had the red light, then blinking green and now solid green but phone cant

I also had the red light, then blinking green and now solid green but phone cant register with Vonage. I tried calling their tech support but their phone has been busy for the last 45 minutes. I am guessing its on their end, I am still trying to understand why my router reset to all defaults. Could it be that they performed a firmware upgrade that went bad for most of us?
