Hopefully I don't get in trouble for running a poll, but I thought it be interesting to see what people thought.

I think this forum has grown too big and needs to be restructured into sections so that current, future and new customers and have some guidelines where to look and where to post to get information.

Some headings for forum sections I was thinking about.

Voicemail/Call Forwarding/And Other Features – Issues related to setting up and using Voicemail

Home Phone Wiring – Issues related to hooking up your phone(s) to Vonage

Router Setup – Issues relating to installation, settings, and configurations of different routers. (Perhaps even sub-sections for the different routers Vonage uses?)

Dashboard/Web Account – Issues relating to using your Web Dashboard and account settings.

Billing/Fax/Second Lines – Issues relating to costs, faxes, and adding second lines.

Softphones/Virtual Numbers – Issues relating to using Softphones and Virtual Numbers

911 – Issues relating to 911?

QOS/Speed Tests/Bandwidth Saver/ - Issues relating to quality of service, testing internet speed and settings relating to QOS and Bandwidth Saver.

Vonage From Foreign Countries

General – for posts that don’t fit anywhere else.

I really think having sections would make it easier for others to search the forum for information relating to their problem before posting.

Also, and this is just a pet peeve of mine, but people need to use more descriptive subjects rather than “Problems” “Please Help” “Router Broke”

But, I think we REALLY need sections here.
