Hmm. Thanks for the responses. I am just confused on how to tell if I am still connected to the Tel. CO. Unfortunately I cannot go buy any tester. I was just going to unplug the two black phone plug looking things above all the wires, and assume I was no longer connected to the Tel. CO. Then I was going to plug in my PAP2 to my router and connect to a phone jack in the house.

From what I can tell there are no wires leading to the screws. I was kinda coming here,becasue that the previous tenant had comcast phone service, and wanted confirmation that comcast had already removed the house from the Tel. CO. I live in the Pittsburgh Area if anyone may have seen a similar box and setup.
