Hi there, need advice please, I really need some help from the Vonage tek pros. out there who live in Vancouver and use the 778 area code. Two months ago my friend signed up for Vonage and from the very beginning my friend and I who are on the same area code 778 and live five minutes away cannot connect with each other. I have emailed Vonage many times, have phoned them, have been given a ticket number but still no response and problem has not been solved. Please let me know what we can do, the problem is just between our two numbers. I know there are a few people living in Vancouver and Delta who post on this board and might have the same 778 area code. I need to check with them to see if connection is possible and what the problem is between my friend's number and mine. Her Vonage number shows up on my account and on call display and mine on hers but after two rings it goes dead, no connection at either end. Please can someone help us. We are getting so upset.
