Hi there, I recently sent vonage to karachi pakistan to my relatives. They are using PTCL dsl connection. Now everything they connect the dsl modem to vonage V portal device they get error 002. Any specific reason they this message. I have heard that voip port has been blocked by PTCL any one heard about that ? Please help me out Oh yeah any one from pakistan using vonage there? i have heard some ISP are allowing it to work.. P Regards
