As you have BSNL, first try with the following
1. Turn OFF both

As you have BSNL, first try with the following
1. Turn OFF both BSNL modem and WRTP54G
2. Take a ethernet cable, connect one end of the cable to the ethernet port of BSNL modem and the other end of the cable to the internet port(blue colour port) of WRTP54G.
3. Take a another ethernet cable, connect one end to ethernet port(yellow colour port) of WRTP54G and the other end to the back of your computer
4. Turn ON the modem first and wait for 1 min
5. Turn ON the WRTP54G and wait for few secs
6. When you find phone light lid up on the WRTP54G, connect the phone to phone port(green colour port)
