I need to do the following
Hi, how are you? I’m new here, hope you can be patient =D
I need to do the following thing but don’t know how to and what hardware is necessary for it:
I have a small company here in Brasil, only 5 employees working out. They all use computers during the work time, 3 connected to the internet through wireless and two wired.
I am going to renew my hardware and contract a Voip service provider so I can make cheaper calls to 3 different cities where my collaborators are located. I’m going to contract 2 different Voip providers for availability and because one of them have interesting rates to mobile calls and the other to land line calls and wish I could have this two Voip providers configured on my system simultaneously.
I receive incoming calls from PSTN (regular land line or cellular phone) and need to put my clients in contact with these collaborators frequently but couldn’t because I didn’t know how since they are in different cities. I wish I could to have my attendant filtering the calls and forwarding them to one of those 3 persons on theirs city through the Voip lines and of course, forwarding it internally on the company.
In addition I would like to receive non PSTN calls like IP Phones, Soft Phones, Google Talk, MSN or Skype for example, and it should be centralized all to the attendant. I don’t know if a DID (Direct Inward Dialing) could help on it (is it possible to have free incoming calls, or free calls to customer?).
What do I need for all this to be accomplished?
