Hi guys. Thanks for the replies.

I'm talking about the beeping you hear when you actually answer the other line when you on the phone with someone else. There is a beeping that happens every like 15 seconds thats so annoying.

I did a further search and found out that I have to set the "Call Waiting Tone Period" by calling up Vonage and having them set it so that annoying beeping will happen only for the first 15-20 seconds of the call. Hopefully that will work.
