Vonage Hi guys: I purchased a Linksys PAP2 adapter from Best Buy USA and activated

Hi guys:

I purchased a Linksys PAP2 adapter from Best Buy USA and activated here using my Comcast modem which has an ip address 24.XX.XX.XX.

I sent to India - Madurai and they tried to connect it directly to the modem using Airtel broadband.

They did not hear any indication on the phone.

When I asked them to check the ip address of the PAP2 using **** and 110# its still displaying the comcast ip address.

After resetting the modem, we checked the ip address.

Again it is displaying the same old comcast USA ip address.

It is not picking up the new ip address from the Airtel india modem which is in India madurai.

Can any one help me in this issue.

I will be very thankful for them.
