Hi all,
I am a newbie and just ordered Vonage for my home. Now I am wondering of it makes sense for my office. We currently have a Lucent Partner II System. We have a T1 on which we split our phone service as well as our internet access. I assume that the T1 is divided between the phone lines and Internet access. Since our Internet speeds do not seem much better than DSL I also assume that the five phone lines probably take up a portion of the bandwidth even when not uin use. So if I can move the lines to Vonage I should improve my Internet service. The question is that we use a Lucent Partner II system for our phone service. How do I coonnect this system to the T1 phone lines? Or am I just out of luck?

Thanks for any help you can offer. I am not a techie. I know the service may not be 100%, but our T1 is very solid for up time and the phones are not required 100% of the time in the event of a failure. We can survive a couple of hours of down time.
