Just wondering if anyone has ran into this. I subscribed to Vonage, and this past Friday my local telco (Frontier) called and offered a boat load of discounts. I'm not sure if it was Voip, because I wasn't the one who took the call.

I recently had DSL for a couple of days, it was just to slow so I went back to roadrunner.

They're offering me a Phone service with all the features, DSL, and Dish network for like $99/mo. I'm not going to bite thought. We tried a few months back to get that package. Dish didn't show for two install appointments, when they finally showed the tech didn't have a long enough ladder. In the end we went with Digital cable, Road runner and Vonage.

I would really like to know how Frontier knows I have vonage.. It's weird that they would call out of the blue and offer all those discounts.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this experence.
