Hi. In the past week, my Vonage phone has begun automatically forwarding all calls after the first ring. I have never used forwarding. I have tried to disable forwarding (*73) after looking up the feature, and no matter how many times I do that, even though it says forwarding is disabled, it keeps doing it.

I also saw a post referencing Vonage talk and a bug related to forwarding. That is NOT relevant here, as I have never used Vonage talk.

Please help. This is making me nuts, because my Vonage phone is my work phone, and it keeps forwarding all incoming calls to my personal cell. NOT professional!

Oh, also - I phoned customer service for help - and after navigating the menu, it gave me a fast busy signal and disconnected me. Nice.

I am going to cancel service and go with someone else, if it continues.
