Hi, I found I get the Lines are busy message when Ive called a line thats in-active or the wrong number! If i call the wrong number on a BT line I get the number you have dialled cannot be recognised message, but on vonage the line rings for a while then says the lines are busy!! They need to sort it out really. Rob.
