Hi,

ISP: BSNL Dataone 512kbps ADSL
Adapter: Motorola VT2142
Modem/Router: BSNL Type2 (Model WA3002) which is a modem cum wireless router
Setup: Phone jack->BSNL modem/router->VT2142->PC
Lights: Power light is green and solid. Phone1 is orange and blinking constantly

I've been using the Vonage device for a year now. I was able to make outgoing calls and receive calls from the US till about 2months back. Now, although incoming calls are still fine, I'm unable to make calls. I hear an engaged tone instead of a dial tone and the calls obviously dont go through.
I don't think the settings could have changed. I can check although I'm not sure what to look for.
I'm able to login to my BSNL modem through 192.168.1.1 and the settings are PPPoE and DHCP. But I'm unable to login to VT2142 through 192.168.15.1. It says the page was not found!! But I'm still able to receive calls and access the internet from my PC.
What could be the issue? I don't think BSNL has blocked Vonage outgoing calls because I know atleast 2 or 3 others who're using BSNL with Vonage.

If there's anyone with a BSNL type2 modem using VT2142, could you please post the settings for the modem as well as the Vonage adapter?
