Hi Folks. I'm a new Vonage user (5 days)...2 lines (1voice, 1fax) and my setup was pretty effortless, other than some tinkering to get my fax working (big surprise) and a change of adapter placement in my network (behind my router). Interestingly, the BIGGEST problem I've had is with Click-2-Call. I installed it (with Outlook running) and immediately notice two things happened. First, all of my custom toolbars were reset to their defaults and my folder shortcuts had bee "scrambled'. Also, my two original Outlook 2003 com add-in toolbars were gone (Norton Anti-Spam, GoToMeeting and Outlook Backup plug-in). I'm a pretty experienced user so I started poking around. The com-add ins were all listed, including C2C, so I unchecked them and re-checked them and as anticipated, they all appeared in Outlook. I tested C2C from my contacts and it worked as described. So I decided to exit Outlook in the hopes that when I re-started the app, my custom toolbars and folder shortcuts would re-set. To my surprise, Outlook would NOT re-start. Something about "cannot open Outlook folders"...very scary stuff. After several attempts, I decided to un-install the C2C app. After doing so, and re-booting the PC, I re-started Outlook and it launched fine. My custom toolbars and folder shortcuts were still messed up but at least the app launched. I re-set all of my custom stuff and then went surfing the forums and other web resources to see if I could find common experiences. While I found some evidence of similar problems, none exactly like mine and the fix (starting/stopping com add-ins) was the only one that surfaced. I think you'll agree...not much of a fix. One forum poster did suggest re-installing C2C with Outlook 2003 NOT running. So I tried that, with almost the same results, except my menu's and shortcuts were left untouched. The add-in toolbars still needed to be re-started EVERY time I exited and re-started Outlook. I've tried calling Vonage support 3 times, each time escalating the call up a level, and they're all stumped. Has anyone out there had a similar experience or a fix?

Click-2-Call & Outlook 2003 Plug-in Problem

I don't have the identical problem, but similar problems with the tool bars. This
No need to call Vonage on this matter, Vonage has stopped supporting Click2Call,
Thanks to Roscopco and brian188 for their feedback.
Many thanks for the advice to launch Click-2-Call after OL 2003 is already running!
