Vonage Hi All- Vonage voicemail had been working great...I'd get the email saying

Hi All- Vonage voicemail had been working great...I'd get the email saying I had a voicemail, and the .wav file was attached. I'd click on it and WMP would play it. Great. Then my laptop crashed..so I got a new one, it came with WMP 11, and gues swhat...it would not play the voicemail. It WOULD play all other .wav files just fine. So, I saved the voicemail .wav file to the desktop so I could play it directly and NOT form Outlook, but the results were the same...no play! I called tech support at Vonage, and we determined I WAS able to play the voicemail using Real player. I thought maybe WMP 11 was the problem, as my old laptop would play the voicemails just fine using WMP 10. So, I uninstalled WMP 11 and reinstalled WMP 10. Same problem...it would NOT play the voicemails, but WOULD play any othe .wav file. I know I can simply use Real player to listen to the voice mails, but does anyone have any ideas WHY WMP won't let me play them? Additional info...I installed some codecs on WMP to be bale to watch DVDs, but then I uninstalled them all and reverted back to just the basic WMP without any codecs. Thanks!! Joe
