As you know, Vonage remains very competitive with all the Telecom companies. We base our prices on carrier plans weather you are in USA or Canada. Vonage still depends on carriers to route our calls and we pay for their services. We can still save alot by just voiping. In the future, perhaps eliminating the old traditional dialing numbers to a simple click of your mouse to make a phone call, save even more money.
To answer your concerns, I would challenge any rates that are not competitive and reasonable. If so, I will investigate the cause and modify as needed, (approval required).
