Hey guys, I tried the detailed instructions from xcrunx, but no luck on any of those ideas. I have to add, that I was on vacation in southern italy a while back and tried to connect vonage to a Telecom Italia (Alice) connection and had the same issues. Could Telecom Italia be blocking Vonage? Any other ideas? Steve, did xcruncx's idea explain what you were talking about, or did you mean something else? Thanks guys, really appreciated. Curt
