Hey folks! I've been reading the postings here for quite some time. My service has never been excellent, but I ran the speed test and I believe my ISP is the problem (AT&T). I've attached the results and was wondering what specifically do I need to tell the technicians at AT&T that needs to be improved? I usually hear the caller very well, but they often complain that my voice is jarbled, so it is my outgoing that is the problem. I have QoS enabled on my network. This is my setup: Netopia 2241N DSL modem (bridged ethernet mode) -> Dell 1800 PowerEdge Server (Small business server 2003 R2) -> Level One Fast Ethernet Switch -> All computers and two Motorola V2441 adapters. QoS enabled on both network cards in the Server I get similar results if the server is removed and the netopia DSL modem is set as a router. I have to keep the Netopia in bridged mode because I host my own e-mail. Thanks for any advice. Speed test statistics - Download speed: 2728000 bps Upload speed: 424992 bps Quality of service: 70 % Download test type: socket Upload test type: socket Maximum download pause: 94 ms Average download pause: 10 ms Minimum round trip time to server: 56 ms Average round trip time to server: 256 ms VoIP test statistics - Jitter: you -> server: 2.3 ms Jitter: server -> you: 3.6 ms Packet loss: you -> server: 0.0 % Packet loss: server -> you: 0.0 % Packet discards: 0.0 % Packets out of order: 0.0 % Number of supported VoIP lines: 7 Estimated MOS score: 4.0
