Vonage Hey all, I am having problems with my service, I noticed last week my calls

Hey all,

I am having problems with my service, I noticed last week my calls started fading in and out and calls starting dropping off. I have the original pap2 adapter hooked up to a Linksys WRT546 router. My service is Comcast over course. Is there anything I can do? I did rebooted my router, cable and pap2 adapter but nothing has changed. I always tend to trouble shoot these problems before I post here in the forums. As you can see I haven't post here in a while which means I have had solid service with Vonage up until last week when my calls started falling off and fading in and out. I did two speed test to check to see if they come out consistantly and here are my result

PAP2 PROBLEMS

• Your test results reflect a solid internet connection so I would look at your PAP2
• Ok is there anything else I can do on my end before calling such as downgradeing
• What happens when you plug the PAP2 directly into the cable modem?
• Let me try that and I will post the results.
