Hey Webfors, There's clearly nothing wrong with exploring your options but proceed with caution. If you're QoS works well for you, I suggest not to mess with it. You'll be surprised with what people would actually do to get to where you're at (or should I say "we"). I've gone out of my way to install third party software such as DD-WRT on my Linksys WRT54G v5. Yes! The crummy v5 that didn't have enough RAM on it. Out of the box, it had QoS settings on it that was only as much good as a display and nothing more. It just didn't work. Out of my curiosity and some time spent researching, i decided to join the crew of WRT'ers and so I flashed my little box, applied settings as suggested with some minor tweaking, low and behold...it worked no doubt about it! There's always a risk involved and that's solely up to you to. At first glance I wouldn't touch it...but the devil I am :twisted: I'd flash it. oops! :idea: Don't touch it if it 'aint broken.
