Vonage Hey, So I think I'm having a similar problem... I've had cable internet/vonage

Hey, So I think I'm having a similar problem... I've had cable internet/vonage for about a month so far, and it's pretty much been a nightmare. A lot of the issues have been with the cable (Comcast), but after my fourth (or was it fifth?) visit from a tech in the last month, I think my interent is finally functioning properly. However, my phone calls STILL keep getting dropped, or at least I think that's what's happening. After talking for about 10 or 15 minutes my voice breaks (up or disappears completely), but I can still hear the other person fine. If I call back a minute or two later then it's fine again... for a while. Anyone have any ideas? Tech specs: Modem: Motorola SB5120 (surfboard) supplied by Comcast. Router: Netgear MR814v2 Vonage thing: Motorola VT2142-VD Phone: GE 900MHz cordless phone. Cable signal: Downstream Frequency 561000000 Hz Signal to Noise Ratio 35 dB QAM QAM256 Network Access Control Object ON Power Level 3 dBmV Upstream Channel ID 5 Frequency 34992000 Hz Ranging Service ID 1921 Symbol Rate 2.560 Msym/s Power Level 39 dBmV Thanks in advance!
