- static ip addresses on local LAN
- QoS turned off in routers (why it would have default setting of 512kb is beyond me - manual says default should be 256).
- Firewall has traffic shaping setup for ports 10000-20000 udp ports (HIGH) - most other ports 80/443/21/25 are set to low
- Traffic maps/graphs/tests show plenty of unutilized bandwidth
- bandwidth saver set to 50k (30k = static and echos)

With only one person on a Vonage phone, the user will get disconnected, dropped, occassions where 1 side of the conversation can't hear the other... choppy audio ... We have even had voice mails come through that sound horrid and are not understandable (that has nothing to do with my bandwidth).....
One instance was in the evening, only 1 person was left in the office for a conference call and there was issues with the call.
This is not all the time, but enough that it is hindering conversations with clients.
I have tried many different configurations with QoS, traffic shaping, routes, etc ... with little to know effect from how everything is setup right now.
Note on Support: I can't understand support! ... I have never spoke to anyone at Vonage that did not have a THICK india accent. When I ask for next level support, I should not get battled on following some manual about turn the unit on/off to a "T" before getting pushed to a hgher level.
Vonage growing faster than expected? Can't handle the throughput? Growing Pains?
